Gorgeous flowers! I had the best experience with my purchase. I was buying from out of town for a friend that lives nearby. This online experience was just perfect. The pictures online prior to ordering gave a very good representation of the flowers that were shipping. We upgraded to the fuller flower arrangement, and they sent a picture of the arrangement before delivery! The flowers were even better than expected and absolutely PERFECT for the occassion. Thanks to this team for an excellent online experience - from easy online ordering, good representation of pictures online, to the photo of the flowers before shipping, and a timely and courteous delivery. I was unable to attend a memorial service for a friend in San Francisco. I live in Chicago and I did a survey of area florists to the Castro valley neighborhood. The website and the reviews for Petals and Decor were exemplary. I was very attracted to the sunrise arrangement.. As I didn't want anything "funereal". It was shared with me how beautiful the arrangement was upon its arrival. Everyone thought the arrangement was sublime yet vibrant as well. I would highly recommend this florist.
